Every project begins with clarity.

Every project begins with clarity.

Homes shift quietly over time.

Roles change. Parents age. Children leave. Rooms accumulate more than they were meant to carry. What once worked begins to feel misaligned.

My work is structured, steady, and individualized. We look clearly at what is happening, decide deliberately, and move in focused phases so change holds.

HOW IT LIVES

This is where we begin.

We spend two focused hours walking your home together, paying attention to how it is actually functioning. I open drawers and closets long enough to understand patterns without turning the process into an excavation. I notice what is over-managed, what is avoided, what feels heavy, and what feels ready.

We talk through the transition you are navigating and clarify both the practical goals and the quieter ones that have been harder to name. From there, I define scope, sequence, and a realistic starting point. It is often not the room you assumed.

You leave with a prioritized action plan, key decisions clarified, and a clear next step. If you have been circling the same spaces without progress, this session creates direction.

Everything larger begins here.

THE RESET

This is for when you are ready to see real movement.

We spend a full day clearing, sorting, reorganizing, and refining a defined area or phase of the home. We decide what to keep, gift, donate, sell, archive, or release. What remains is reorganized in a way that reflects your current life rather than an outdated version of it.

If needed, I refine layout, adjust flow, suggest paint or textiles, rethink how a room functions, or design a built-in that serves the way you actually live. My background in design and renovation allows me to see possibility quickly and sequence change effectively.

If multiple people are involved, I offer insight to the dynamics so decisions can move forward without resentment or stalemate.

By the end of the day, the shift is visible. The house feels different. You feel different. There is usually laughter somewhere in the process and sometimes tears as you feel into decisions and the resistance held behind them. That is how we know something real has moved.

CORPORATE

THE TRANSITION PARTNERSHIP

For layered homes and layered transitions.

Estate clearing, whole-home downsizing, redesign for living well or preparing to sell all benefit from a sequenced arc rather than a rushed sprint. After your How It Lives session, I will provide a proposal outlining scope, timeline, and recommended pacing.

In this phase, I help organize not only belongings but also timelines, vendors, and order of operations. We move steadily, recalibrating as needed, until the home reflects what is true now and supports what comes next.

Most partnerships begin with a minimum 20-hour commitment so we can create sustained momentum rather than fragmented progress. Accountability is often the missing piece we need to make meaningful sustained progress.

Projects are typically structured at $125 per hour, with discounted rates available through a retainer model.

SPEAKER

How I Work

I work in focused blocks of time so that decisions are made clearly and progress is tangible. Most sessions are four to eight hours because the goal is to create meaningful movement.

We create change in batches, then allow space to see how those changes are living before moving again. Homes are not static. They shift with seasons, with children growing, with parents aging, with new chapters beginning. Organization that ignores this rarely lasts.

Instead of installing systems and disappearing, I return. We recalibrate what has drifted, refine what is working, and adjust what no longer fits. Over time, the house begins to support you instead of quietly exhausting you.

I maintain a limited roster so this work can remain steady and individualized. When space opens, it is offered intentionally.
